CERTIFICATE COURSE: Qualified person for inspecting portable ladders, steps and small scaffolds

This course will provide you with basic legal and technical knowledge on the selection, intended use, testing and repair options for portable ladders, steps, mobile working platforms and small scaffolds. The certificate you will receive after successfully passing the integrated tests, will certify that you have the current level of knowledge of the regulations and technology in this subject area. This means that you fulfil one of the prerequisites for being commissioned as a qualified person to inspect ladders, steps and mobile scaffolds. In the process of the course, you will learn what other requirements must be met. Group of participants Service technicians, building services personnel, maintenance and repair personnel, fitters, safety officers, facility service specialists and occupational safety personnel. Dates As our courses are online courses, participation is possible at any time. This course will give you the basic legal and technical knowledge required to select, assemble, inspect and repair fixed ladders. The certificate that you will receive on successful completion of the integrated tests verifies that you have up-to-date knowledge of the regulations, standards and technology. That means you will have met one of the requirements for being commissioned as a competent person to inspect ladders and fall arrest systems. The additional requirements that have to be met will be explained to you in the course of the training. Moreover, a great deal more, it goes without saying.
